I am a therapist, group facilitator, and spiritual community builder. My work weaves together psychotherapy, mindfulness, spirituality and creativity to support healing, resilience, and transformation for individuals and communities.
My career started with deep engagement in Jewish spiritual text study and rabbinic training. I have taught Torah, Hasidut, and spiritual practice in classes and workshops in a variety of settings and led services, life-cycle events, and rituals in Israel, the US, the UK, and Australia, working with Jewish communities across the denominational spectrum.
I have held leadership roles at Jewish spiritual retreat centers, including Isabella Freedman in Connecticut and BCI in California, co- creating transformative spiritual experiences. I have founded and nurtured prayer circles and spiritual communities in Chicago, Hannaton, and elsewhere, creating spaces of song, silence, and connection.
Alongside this, I bring extensive experience as a therapist and group process facilitator: women’s groups, healing circles, listening circles, trauma processing groups, and interfaith and intercommunal dialogue. My professional training includes chaplaincy (ליווי רוחני), yoga teacher training, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and trauma therapy (EMDR, CBT, mindfulness-based interventions).
At the heart of all my work is a simple belief: healing and growth happen in connection — to ourselves, to each other, and to spirit. Whether through therapy, community, or prayer, I hold spaces where people can breathe, listen deeply, and rediscover their wholeness.
