My therapeutic approach
My therapeutic approach is based on empathy, compassion and healing. I believe that you don't have to suffer alone, and there are real ways to feel better right now. I will work with you to heal the pain and patterns that prevent you from feeling joy and peace in your daily life, in your family life and at work. I combine tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, IFS and spiritual guidance. I specialize in working with creative and intelligent women who struggle with perfectionism, with a strong inner critic. I will work with you to feel safe, loved and worthy.
Experience:
I opened my private practice in Haifa in 2013 and later moved to Hannaton and Krayot.
I have worked at the ICA addiction center at Lev Hasharon Hospital, Netanya; in Telem psychological services in Karmiel; and currently in Hof Hagalil Mental Health Clinic in Regba.

I was trained as a spiritual counselor at Georgeton Hospital in Washington DC in the USA, and I worked with terminally and chronically ill patients and their families in Washington and Jerusalem. I previously worked in the welfare services in Misgav and in the child development center in Migdal Ha'Emek. I have worked as a therapist, counselor and facilitator with girls at risk, immigrants, and multicultural populations.
Testimonials:
"Therapy helped me deal with unpleasant situations and people. I learned how to interpret things differently and what to do when negative thoughts appear. I gained tools to calm myself down when I'm upset. I realized that I'm actually no different from others and also what the meaning of the quote that happiness depends only on me. I learned what I can do to be happier."
